My holistic coaching practice centers around developing disciplines to enhance your health and well-being. Together we work to identify what it is that you truly long for in your life. We then design your life so that you can live in alignment with your values and desires. 

 

We create ways to unlock your potential in order to empower YOU on your journey to full-spectrum living, crafting a life that allows you to feel fully alive and well. This holistic process combines lifestyle medicine, coaching psychology and the science of human change to increase awareness and promote long-term health and healing.

Areas of Focus will include: -setting the state with self-awareness -an enhanced approach to nourishing the body -engaging in regular and consistent physical activity -incorporating practices to reduce and manage stress -creating disciplines for rest and recovery -building and maintaining relationships that bring joy -reducing the use of unhealthy habits, substances and self-limiting beliefs -putting it all together for peace, healing, fulfillment and full-spectrum living

Wild and Well-Nourished Package

Principle of Lifestyle Medicine #1: Whole-food, Plant-forward Nutrition This coaching package is desinged to enhance your nutrition. Areas of Focus will include: -assess your current behaviors and dietary practices -gain insight for a practical and sustainable approach to your nutrition -create customized and personalized weekly meal plans -learn ways to empower your eating, nourish your body and fuel your life

Wild and Well-Conditioned Package

Principle of Lifestyle Medicine #2: Physical Activity This coaching package is designed to get you and keep you moving! Exercise is the best proven intervention for prolonging lifespan and preserving cognitive and physical function. It is the longevity wonder drug! Areas of focus will include: -designing a personalized training plan that meets you where you currently are in your exercise journey -a well-structured, practical and sustainable approach -specific guidance for stability, mobility, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance -accessing the health benefits that come from engaging in regular physical activity -experiencing an improved quality of life

Wild and Well-Grounded Package

Principle of Lifestyle Medicine #3: Stress Management This coaching package is designed to help ground you and empower you in your life. Work with me to implement disciplines and practices for: -cultivating self-compassion -enhancing your overall well-being -reclaiming your energy and freedom -increasing your emotional stability and decreasing your anxiety -accessing a restored sense of peace -experiencing more happiness and fulfillment

The Wild and Well Athlete

This package is designed for the recreational or competitive athlete seeking a holistic and mindful approach to their training and lifestyle. Areas of Focus will include: -mental motivation inventory -goal setting: embrace the process -holistic practices for sleep, recovery, nutrition and stress management -strategies for managing the stress response -creating routines for unlocking potential -disciplines for courage, confidence and perseverance

Packages are available in 4-12 week options and include online or in-person weekly sessions.
