Is it selfish to invest in yourself?

Updated: Aug 12

Self-care is essential.

So no, investing in yourself is not selfish.

You are a worthy investment.

Self-care has the potential to make us better humans.

When we prioritize filling our own cup we can serve others from a place of abundance. We cannot give to others what we do not have to give. We are not built for infinite. Our well will run dry if we do not take action to restore our supply.

So I am here to say--YOU ARE WORTH IT.

By investing in your own health and well-being, you set yourself up for your best life.

You are not weak because you need to replenish your soul. You are not less than because you want to prioritize self-care.

Give yourself permission to restore and enhance your well-being. Slow down to gain clarity around what you truly want and need. Create practices and disciplines that serve you.

By showing up for yourself, you become far better at showing up for others.

Self-care is not selfish. You are worth it.
